immersed in the rugged beauty of the Welsh landscape
as the malt character is distinctly different from its raw wheat counterpart side to side
these wines are bottled without fining or filtration
Mataburro Quartet Blanc Orange Wine 750ml (11.5%) Romania Waterless Blackberry Melomel with aGrenache Gris and Viognier from Rivesaltes, France. Tropical fleshy saline grippy. The Grenache Gris is left on its skins to provide a beautiful copper hue and a salty mineral edge, while the Viognier is pressed directly to maintain freshness. It is a collaborative cuve made using fruit from neighbouring organic growers, fermented entirely with indigenous yeasts. Based in Rivesaltes, Laurent Roger and Melissa Ingrand named their project Mataburro
